Pursuant to Legal Entity Act, Part VII §2(2), the Department of Commerce finds Omega Financial persistently inactive, as it cannot conduct the entity's affairs, and the entity has ceased all docket upkeep, filings, and operations.

This is your 5 days' notice under §2(2)(b). If any director, officer, or shareholder wishes to contest this or resume active management, contact the Department of Commerce within 5 days.

Failing that, DOC will place Omega Financial into receivership (Part I §3) and wind it up and dissolve it under Part III §10.
