Where is your company based? Reveille
What industry does your company serve? Healthcare and Social Assistance
What grant are you applying for? Start-up Grant
What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? Our company donates weapons, armor, and food from local farms and hunters. We give these supplies to anyone who needs them, no questions asked. We are a nonprofit that operates only on donations from other players. We solve waste generated by hunting mobs and allow small farmers and hunters to generate a little extra income by selling their supplies to us. I have not heard of other businesses that operate on this principle or idea.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? We plan to host fundraisers once we have a bit of momentum in the economy, as well as have donation boxes around our facility.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? I had a chest shop in Willow for a while to sell my farmed goods as well as having a chest shop on another City Sim server that is now very dead. I am still a relatively new player on this server and have both experienced the struggle of being able to afford food and wanting to be a farmer but not having anywhere to sell your crops, as well as being a hunter and seeing how many weapons and pieces of armor I gathered that I had no use for but to throw away,
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? I will use grant funds to buy or rent a location in both Reville and Willow. I am a farmer based in Willow and I want to stimulate the economy here to draw more traffic. I will also use it to buy crops from farmers and armor/weapons from hunters. It will allow me to get off the ground as I don't have much money to my name at the moment. However, I also want to buy a location in Reville as that's where many of the newer players are who would need those services.
