The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:BILL

Limit when Christmas decorations can be pasted
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'No Christmas Before December Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Representative xAntho_ny
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Representative shadownba
2 - Reasons
(1) When themed decorations are placed too early players will get tired of it by the time of December 25th, which will have players getting tired of the spawn and loss of Christmas spirit on Christmas.
3 - Terms
(1) Christmas themed decorations can only be placed during the month of December.
(2) Private citizens and businesses are excluded from this.
