Expire wanted points of murder after 1 hour of playtime
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Murder Wanted Point Expiration Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. zLost
(4) This Act has been co-authored by Rep. Skywat4
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. Yeet_Boy and Rep. TheReal42Person
2 - Reason
(1) It is the responsibility of the law enforcement officials to apprehend criminals within a reasonable time frame.
(2) By allowing wanted points earned for committing murder to expire after one hour of playtime, players can engage in criminal roleplay without fear of permanent repercussions.
(3) This will encourage more immersive and engaging gameplay experiences for all players, whether they choose to engage in criminal activity or not.
3 - Wanted Point Expiration
(1) A wanted point earned by a player for committing murder will be removed after one hour of playtime in a single session without afking.
(2) If a player commits murder multiple times, the one-hour playtime expiration will apply to each instance of murder separately.
(3) Once the wanted point has expired, the player will still be fined to prevent loss of government revenue.
