Accepted Motion to Remove [BAR 2 - 06]

[00f3]

I, 00f3, move to remove BAR Councilor Jim_Pickens02 from his position. He has vanished from this server and DC as a whole. While his acts effectively constitute a resignation, he has not officially resigned. As such, this motion essentially serves to formalize what has already happened.
