I, amah853, move to rename the BAR Mock Trial Program to the BAR Legal Education Program, and the position of Mock Trial Director to Director of Legal Education.
The Director of Legal Education shall be responsible for:
1. Managing the BAR Mock Trial Program, including organizing trials and appointing staff.
2. Maintaining a public directory of law firms offering pro bono representation, training, employment, or supervision under the BAR Act.
3. Organizing other educational programs and resources for new and existing legal practitioners.
4. Hiring and dismissing staff as needed to run the program.
The current Mock Trial Director shall become the Director of Legal Education, and all existing staff and operations shall remain unchanged.
The Director of Legal Education shall be responsible for:
