Accepted Motion to Delay Requirement [BAR 2 - 02]

I, CreeperTD, move to delay the requirement for all current Councillors to be Attorneys as established by Part II Section 1(5) of the Act of Congress - Fix the BAR Act until 72 hours after the Attorney exam once again becomes available to the public to take. This will prevent the council from being forced to remove some of its current members due to circumstances beyond their control.
