MOTION TO CENSURE
I, Jim_Pickens move to censure Attorney Y8l_ for multiple persistent violations of the BAR Code of Conduct across different cases (after consideration of their response to evidence), specifically the sections listed below, with brief explanations as to each violation per case:
The Forge v. roy405 and PhatCat2200 [2026] DCR 154
Misuse of Artificial Intelligence(AI)
> Use of em-dashes in posts #16, #64, #69
> Warning fromm staff regarding content substantially generated by artificial intelligence attached to post #69
> Overly verbose description of unwillingness to purchase bulletproof armor in post #69
> Motions for leaves, which are rarely described in this manner in posts #16, #44, #66
Court Relations - Court Rules of Conduct
> In post #41, Y8l had amended a complaint with 2 missing pieces of evidence, as well as amendments to facts 3-6, in which the presiding Judicial Officer described as "engaging in conduct that interferes with the administration of justice". Rule 3.5, 4.1
> Y8l_submitted evidence within post #29, outside of the discovery phase. Opposing counsel filed a breach of procedure objection and was sustained by the presiding Judicial Officer. Rule 4.2
> Y8l_ failed multiple times to hyperlink relevant citations (#16), Rule 1.10

Court Relations - Court Rules of Conduct
> Y8l_ posted “bump” in the court thread, attempting to prompt a response from a Judicial officer. Rule 1.4.3.1
> Y8l_ also failed to inform the client to not “bump” the thread (observed in posts #3, #4), displaying a lack of advice and a failure of court decorum. Rule 1.4.3.1 (as well as BAR Code of Conduct, Client Relations p.3)
Given the numerous violations of the BAR Code of Conduct and Court Rules and Procedures across cases, the BAR should formally denounce their actions.
