I, JimPickens02, move to censure Attorney iLatteralus for multiple violations of the BAR Code of Conduct (after consideration of their response to evidence), specifically the sections listed below, with brief explanations as to each violation:

General Principles - Trust and Integrity - breach of integrity due to improper quotations of law to support a key point within proceeding
Court Rules of Conduct, Paragraph 2 and 4 - due to negligent disregard for Court Rules and Procedures, for ignoring judicial decision in zPokebr v. ZapperyDoo [2026] DCR 113 (within post #7, ignoring the JO in #6)
Misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI) - the claim for this violation stems from the following indications of AI use (through "Distorted or misrepresented facts, quotations, holdings of cases, analysis, or standards") in zPokebr v. ZapperyDoo [2026] DCR 113:

• false reference to Criminal Code Act 6(1)(a) in quoting "in civil lawsuits, crimes may be used to seek damages", which is likely sourced from repealed Standardized Criminal Code Act 4(1)(a) instead
• mention of "QuickShop" as the server's chestshop plugin (despite the fact that the server clearly doesn't use it, which is clearly identifiable by comparison of text on a typical sign between the two plugins)
• jurisdictional and venue deliberation in initial filing, where the jurisdiction and venue is very clear from a reasonable assessment of the facts
• request for inspection order and evidentiary sanctions within prayers for relief, which is not part of Redmont law

Given the numerous violations of the BAR Code of Conduct and the unacceptable conduct demonstrated by this lawyer, the BAR should formally denounce their actions.
