Pending Motion to Censure Ebborsnam

I, OwnedBlock, move to censure Attorney Ebborsnam for multiple persistent violations of the BAR Code of Conduct (after consideration of their response to evidence), specifically the sections listed below, with brief explanations as to each violation:

• General Principles - Court Rules of Conduct (Paragraph 1) - multiple violations in:
  • MMiqa v. Department of Homeland Security [2026] DCR 77:
    • #54 - objection to questions as witness
    • #58 - use of profane language in court (disruption of court decorum)
    • #96 - disrespect for court decorum (irrelevant message)
    • #98 - disrespect for court decorum (irrelevant message to court proceedings spoken out of turn)
  • MMiqa v. Bar Association of Redmont [2026] FCR 72:
    • #11 - disrespect for court decorum (irrelevant message)
    • #14 - disrespect for court decorum (message submitted after being asked not to by Judicial Officer presiding)
    • #16 - disrespect for court decorum (message submitted after being asked not to by Judicial Officer presiding)
    • #19 - disrespect for court decorum (message submitted in violation of court order)
• Client Relations - Acceptance and Termination (Paragraph 1) - violations in:
  • MMiqa v. Department of Homeland Security [2026] DCR 77 - #73, responding to an objection after being warned not to try to represent the Commonwealth
  • MMiqa v. Bar Association of Redmont [2026] FCR 72 - #3, representing the BAR without consent
• Relations between lawyers - Spirit of the profession (Paragraph 2) - violations in:
  • MMiqa v. Department of Homeland Security [2026] DCR 77:
    • #96 - disrespect for opposing counsel
  • MMiqa v. Bar Association of Redmont [2026] FCR 72:
    • #11 - disrespect for opposing counsel

While not making any judgement on conduct of the other parties within these cases, this conduct is blantantly and decisively outrageous. A lawyer should never have such disrespect for court decorum and no lawyer should be disrespected by opposing council during court proceedings, no matter how poor their standing may be.

Given the multiple violations of its code of conduct, BAR should publicly denounce this behavior as unacceptable within the Redmontian legal profession.
