The lawyers of the Redmont Bar Association, through their elected Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the Super Modern Legal Board Act, do hereby formally enact the following Motion:

I propose that the @Ethics Committee conduct a Disbarment investigation into the conduct of the lawyer @ko531 . This investigation should cover not only recent cases but also previous instances, focusing on: Arguing with presiding officers and failing to comply with their orders Violation of ethical doctrine (egregious conduct in court) Perjury
