How do you plan on using your grant funding?
Summit Financial wishes to develop an automated accountancy platform. The goal automatic transaction logging via the Treasury API, including semi-automatically filing them to the correct accounts and applying double-entry bookkeeping.
Additionally, tags and immutable logs will be utilised to maintain traceability and prevent fraud. The intended customers are medium to large organisations with high cashflow. While initial testing may be done via static sites and/or discord bots, the goal is a user-friendly live web-interface.
The entries will be automatically summarised into financial statements and Summit Financial staff will use such and interviews with relevant customer staff to provide financial analyses and news about the Redmont economy.
Fund utilisation:
6000: Initial hosting of the interface;
It will be migrated once scaled, but that lies a bit into the future-
27000:
Hiring experienced developer/s for the demo process.
Aquiring a suitable workspace.
7000 + 1000:
Market research, rewards for participating in studies, rewards to industry insiders.
Marketing, hiring of artists/marketing companies and billboards.
14000:
Hiring journalist/s with finance experience.
Aquiring a press room.
Ideal Grant Amount 40000 (R&D) + 15000 (N&M)
If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
