Introduce a minimum commission for suppliers.

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Minimum Commission Act.”.
(2)This Act shall be enacted one week after its signage to allow for companies to transition.
(3) This Bill was authored by Representative ReinausPrinzzip.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by representative 1950minecrafter.

2 - Reasons
(1)Due to the current deflation, many suppliers are underpaid by companies, this is to be changed by introducing a minimum commission for suppliers, which will not only help suppliers but also the economy.
(2)This bill encourages companies to raise their prices, thus solving the problem of underpriced items.

3 - Introduction of a minimum payment for suppliers
(1) All businesses, both unregistered and registered companies, must pay at least 50% their sale price of a good when purchasing it from suppliers.

(2) A company must pay its supplier the minimum commission for the particular item, if this is not done the supplier can go to court and the company will make up the missing money and must pay a commisiion per offence.
breaching Minimum Supplier Commission Per Offence: $200 payable to supplier.

(3) If the business acquires materials that are then processed into a final good, the combined value that input goods are acquired for must be at least 50% the final sale value of the finished product.

>This minimum commission also applies to chestshops.

(4) A company which pays a wage to its suppliers may apply to DEC for exemption from the minimum commission for suppliers but not for its chestshops. The DEC will check the company and if it turns out that all suppliers have a wage, the company no longer has to pay the minimum commission.
