A BILL
To
Regulate the Use of the #media Channel​

BE IT ENACTED by the Council of Aventura:

1 - Short Title
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Media Regulation Act."
(2) This Act shall take effect immediately upon assent by the Mayor.

2 - Reasons
(1) The Government of Aventura recognizes the need to maintain the #media channel as a space dedicated to Redmont related content.
(2) This Act is intended to reduce spam, unrelated media, and off-topic content within official media channels.

3 - Regulation of the #media Channel
(1) Any media posted within the #media channel must be directly related to DemocracyCraft.

(2) Media considered related to DemocracyCraft includes:
(a) screenshots taken within Redmont;
(b) videos recorded within Redmont;
(c) promotional graphics, advertisements, or event material relating to Redmont institutions;
(d) maps, builds, projects, or government activities connected to Redmont institutions.

(3) Media unrelated to DemocracyCraft shall be prohibited within the #media channel.

4 - Enforcement
(1) Aventura Town Council may remove media violating this Act.
