I plan to start a company that sells a wide range of products including products that are not readily sold currently. I plan to invest money into the research and development of semi-automated processes to stock this company. I also plan to invest money into construction and interior design of buildings for my company.

Hi Britt! Could you please provide more information on your business model and what sort of "semi-automated processes" you'll be pursuing?

On behalf of the Global Goods team, we want to invest in utilizing Networks to enable fast transfer of our goods from production to distribution, but also to enable these semi-automated processes.
The goal is to take advantage of redstone circuitry and blocks to help modernize the production process. Crafter block structures for quick crafting of complex recipes at the flick of a switch as well as, implementation of contraptions to produce or quickly gather materials.
This will require the use of a few niche jobs that will also create new jobs that we plan to fill the role of.

* Builder to form the manufacturing facility exterior
* Redstone Engineer(s) to design mechanisms to be compact while efficient, while operating under the constraint of not being fully automatic.
* Network Engineer to work with the Redstone Engineer to implement solutions to reduce hopper count, and enable long-distance transference.
* Interior Design Consultant - Acknowledging that circuitry can sometimes be rather ugly, we want to enable a clean work environment that makes the production
area a fun place to be, not confusing or scary one!

This will require an immense amount of materials in the scope of Redstone circuitry and Networking filters, including an investment into multiple Telementary Antennae to support
multiple chest networks, including building materials for construction.

This will ultimately create new jobs to fill.
* Production staff to manufacture goods using our engineered solutions
* Network consultant to deal with arising issues as well as implementing new networks as we expand
* Supervision roles to manage the staff and properties

Global Goods looks to act as a distributor to other businesses for simple bulk supplies, and extend into the direct to consumer market for more complex crafted supplies (Chef items, Furnishings, Hats, etc..), as well as occasionally help with government tenders.
As such we seek to employ crafters from many different professions and manufacture specialized crafting areas for our employees.
Again utilizing network chests to supply the necessary materials produced from the manufacturing process, and they feeding the crafted items back into our network to be distributed to their final selling point.

As a new business we will also seek to find additional legal representation, and also hire a financial advisor to more responsibly handle funds, and seek to hire advertisers and purchase billboards or business announcements when they appear.

Sure! Currently we have spent $1500 towards the research of redstone auto-crafters. I have a document of our detailed findings for this research. I attempted to upload it to this response, but it's giving me the prompt that the file is too large. Feel free to message me on discord if you'd like to see this document.

We have also put $4,650 into excavating. I geared this job specifically towards newer players by encouraging them to have the miner certification, providing a space to mine/excavate, and allowing the player to keep the resources they worked hard for in addition to pay. This area will be used in the future to create farming jobs to help supply Global Goods.

Work has also gone into building a central hub building for the company. Funds will be distrubuted shortly to cover this build.
