Improve Categorization of Rules & Laws

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Mass Recategorization Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act was authored by Speaker of the House 218218Consumer.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Senator GoldBlooded.

2 - Reason
Bills related to the government and the courts are getting increasingly harder to find as miscellaneous laws begins to expand a wider array of crimes. These crimes should be recategorized for easier navigation of Rules & Laws.

3 - Terms
(1) The following laws shall be transferred to a new section under Rules & Laws, "Courts, Trials, & Police":
(a) Frivolous Court Case
(b) Failure to Appear
(c) Perjury
(d) Obstruction of Justice
(e) Resisting Arrest
(f) Contempt of Court
(g) Contempt of Congress
(h) Police Misconduct
(i) False Accusations

(2 The following laws shall be transferred to a new section under Rules & Laws, "Corruption, Government, & Elections":
(a) Campaign Espionage
(b) Identifying a Whistleblower
(c) Illicit Campaigning
(d) Disclosure of Government Secret Information
(e) Electoral Fraud
(f) Corruption

(3) The law of "National Park Vandalism" shall be transferred from Miscellaneous Laws to Wilderness & Wildlife.

(4) "Conspiracy to Commit An Act of Crime" shall be renamed to "Conspiracy to Commit A Crime" under Miscellaneous Laws.
 

Presidential Assent

This bill has been granted Presidential Assent and is hereby signed into law.
