To
Create the crime of Mass Murder
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Mass Murder Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. zLost
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. Yeet_Boy
2 - Reasons
(1) A significant number of players have engaged in killing sprees, but their punishment has not been severe enough to match the number of individuals they have killed.
(2) Establishing clear and appropriate punishments for this crime will serve as a deterrent to potential offenders and ensure that those who commit mass murder are held accountable for their actions.
3 - Punishment and definition
13.24 - Mass Murder
The act of unlawfully killing 15 players since last charged for murder. This crime can be stacked. This crime overrides murder.
Per Offence: 3000$ fine + 60 minutes jail time
