The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

1. This Act may be cited as the “Mass Animal Murder Act” or as “MAMA”
2. This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
3. This Bill was authored by Representative ElainaThomas29
4. This Bill was written in collaboration with DoJ Secretary JoanM999 and DoJ Deputy Secretary ElainaThomas29

2 - Reasons

1. Currently there are only laws for the punishment of pet murder, none exist for the murder of animals such as farm animals (cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, horses, etc.)
2. Although someone may have regioned land in the wild, it is a possibility that someone could slaughter all of their farm animals.
3. Those who have regioned farm land should have their animals and businesses protected against such.

3 – Terms

1. When 3-5 animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $250 payable to the victim and 10 minutes of jail time.
2. When 5 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $500 payable to the victim and 20 minutes of jail time.
3. When 10 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $750 made payable to the victim and 25 minutes of jail time.
4. When 30 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $1000 made payable to the victim and 30 minutes of jail time.
5. When 50 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $1500 made payable to the victim and 50 minutes of jail time.

2 – Reasons
(1) During a recent spike in mass animal murders far exceeding 5 murders, the punishments must change accordingly to fit the recent trend.

3 – Terms
In the Mass Animal Murder Act,
Add to Section 3 – Terms:
“3. When 10 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $750 and 25 minutes of jail time.
4. When 30 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $1000 and 30 minutes of jail time.
5. When 50 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $1500 and 50 minutes of jail time.”

2 – Reasons
(1) Due to the recent events of players losing their farms via malicious acts by players, this bill is necessary to protect the well-being and compensate the victims of those crimes

3 – Terms
(1) The Mass Animal Murder Act shall be amended as followed:
Change:
“1. When 10 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $750 and 25 minutes of jail time.
2. When 30 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $1000 and 30 minutes of jail time.
3. When 50 or more animals are murdered at a time on regioned land, the criminal shall be charged a fine of $1500 and 50 minutes of jail time.”
To:
