To
Amend the Chief of Staff Act​

The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Make It Make Sense Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been sponsored by Head of Residence Sir_Dogeington.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Town Attorney General Multiman155.

2 - Reasons
(1) The Chief of staff, while having a crucial role in the Town Council, is not proposed by or a member of the Town Council.
(2) The Executive of Oakridge should be properly removed from the Legislature of Oakridge

3 - Amendments
I propose the following amendments to the Chief of Staff act:

(b) Advising the Mayor on matters relating to the Executive.
(2) The Chief of Staff is nominated by the Mayor must be proposed by a motion of the town council and approved with a simple majority. and must be approved by the Town Council with a simple majority.
