What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? We produce custom properties to fit the needs of our future customers at the highest quality available.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? Currently we are working on small contracts to produce a income but over the next week we will produce our first of many developed plots which will pay rent and property sales income.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? CEO LukeTheGreat: Account Manager (Invictus Ventures), Vice President (Avalon). Our other two members also have wide range of expertise in Finance, Construction, reality.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? The grant will be used to fund the completion of the our current large construction project that will allow us to greatly expand the business and fund new employee's and land.
