Total Playtime not sue the total playtime comes out as less the the amount of play time the last 30 days shows from stats menu shows 16.32 hours in current world but similarly I only recently returned to the server having not played for a year where I did have even more hours

What grant are you applying for? Start-up Grant
What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? Rather than like our competitors who put their contracts up for a bidding system we work 1 to 1 with our customers to ensure that we can build the right building for them. We also prefer to build our builds with care and luxury in mind rather than purely building to minimise costs and maximising floor size meaning that we can bring premium quality constructions to those who want it.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? Our long term vision is to being independently developing luxury buildings throughout the city and surrounding towns and to redevelop old or half finished plots that have been left unused and unaiding to the wider economy. This should further increase our profits and in the future lead to the company being able to increasingly have the capacity to manage large amounts of land. Similarly we plan on building offices and meeting places to act as 3rd party negotiation areas for companies that are having a disputes with the intention of mediating corp conflicts in a way that will not effect their valuations or have to send them though long court cases.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? I have a long standing background (before I left ad the world got updated) in the Financial markets being a CFO of a company and later a market trader in a larger corporation before it went bankrupt. Currently I work as a freelance (as part of the company) designer on multiple ongoing and completed contracts as well as being an accounts manager at Invictus ventures.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? I plan on using the funds to hire 1-2 more employees for construction and also use the remaining fund to develop a new office and begin funding for the first plots to develop. This will give a vastly larger capacity for me and the wider business to develop at a much faster rate and will help the customers get better faster service.
