List of Illicit Substances

As per the Criminal Code Act, the Department of Health must maintain a list of all illicit substances, as defined by the Criminal Terminology Act. A person may NOT possess, sell, distribute, traffic, or donate any amount of an illicit substance. The ingredients used to produce these substances are not themselves considered illicit.

ILLICIT SUBSTANCES​

The following substances are deemed illicit:

• Quix
• Tyalus Erthro
• Meep
• Fuchsin
• Hite
• Sleepitol
• Lerf
• Ermiya
• Glisp
• Azamath

ILLICIT ELIXIRS​

The following elixirs are deemed illicit:

• Irish Shine
• Fire Shine
• Potato Shine
• Carrot Shine
• Spirit Shine
• Glow Berry Shine
• Sweet Berry Shine

The List of Illicit Substances is maintained by the Secretary. It will be updated within a week when any statutory changes to illicit substances are made by Congress.
