To
Let the DCT decide
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'DCT Approval Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Rep. RandomIntruder
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Senator Avelanie, Senator VanillaChai79, Senator Teuntje1234567, Senator DrThunder7
2 - Reasons
(1) Currently, everyone with build perms can paste in or build public buildings into the world where Reveille and the four towns are located
(2) This means that players with build perms can undermine the power of the DCT, and paste in or build buildings which the DCT Leadership has no knowledge about, is already working on, or has denied to build.
(3) By creating this bill, all public buildings that players with build perms want to be placed in the Reveille world need approval from the DCT Leadership before pasting and/or building.
3 - Amending the Government Services Amendment Act
(1) Add the following to the act:
(6) Pasting or building without an approval from the DCT Leadership or someone who has been granted permission to approve by the DCT leadership
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of pasting or building a building into the map where Reveille resides on public ground without approval from the DCT.
Per offense: Removal of the building, unless the DCT wants to take it over, and a fine equivalent to the DCT pasting monetary costs of the size of the building at the point of the crime.
