CONGRESS OF THE
COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
A BILL TO
Legalise Shine Elixirs
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Legalised Shines Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative Wiitedo.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative UntitledSteve.
(5) This Act amends the following acts:
(a) Criminal Code Act
(b) Criminal Terminology Act
2. Reasons and Intent
(1) Legalised Shines would boost the brewing industry by allowing Shines to be sold in Redmont.
(2) A Person should have a choice to drink a shine elixir if they know the harms of drinking a Shine Elixir.
PART II — Amendments to the Criminal Code Act
(1) Part VI, Section 1 of the Criminal Code Act shall be amended as follows:
(f) Shine Elixir - 1 Penalty Units; Seizure of illicit items.
(2) Part VI, Section 2 of the Criminal Code Act shall be amended as follows:
(f) Shine Elixir - 5 Penalty Units; Seizure of illicit items.
(3) Part VI, Section 3 of the Act of Congress - Criminal Code Act shall be amended as follows:
(f) Shine Elixir - Up to 100 Penalty Units; up to 60 minutes imprisonment; Seizure of illicit items.
PART III — Amendments to the Criminal Terminology Act
(1) Section 4(9), of the Criminal Terminology Act shall be amended as follows:
(9) The following substances will be categorized as Shine Elixir:
(a) Irish Shine Elixir
(b) Fire Shine Elixir
(c) Potato Shine Elixir
(d) Carrot Shine Elixir
(e) Spirit Shine Elixir
(f) Glow Berry Shine Elixir
(g) Sweet Berry Shine Elixir
(2) Section 4(3), of the Criminal Terminology Act shall be amended as follows:
(f) Shine Elixir are:
(1) Elixirs that primarily cause harm or death to the player.
