Criminalize the act of Ghostwriting
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Legal Ghostwriting Criminalization Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. lawanoesepr.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by <user>.
2 - Reasons
(1) Disbarred lawyers can write legal documents if they have a licensed lawyer present it to court for them.
(2) This essentially allows disbarred lawyers to continue to practice law.
3 – Definitions
(1) A “legal document” shall be defined as any filing or motion to the District, Federal, or Supreme Courts.
(2) The act of “Ghostwriting” shall be defined as any of the following:
(a) The act of writing legal documents and having another licensed lawyer publish it to the court
(b) The act of managing or owning a law firm while not being a licensed lawyer.
4 – Illegalization

(I) Classification: Indictable offense
The act of ghostwriting which is defined in Section 3.2 of the Legal Ghostwriting Criminalization Act
Per Offense: Up to $10,000 fine
