Amend the Constitution
The people of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment

Replaces:
The House of Representatives
The House of Representatives shall consist of 11 citizens, referred to as Representatives (Abbreviated Rep.) who are elected for 2-month terms. The House of Representatives is where all bills originate from.
With:

The House of Representatives shall consist of 9 citizens, referred to as Representatives (Abbreviated Rep.) who are elected for 2-month terms. The House of Representatives is where all bills originate from.

- This Act shall be enacted at the next general election.

- With school starting back up and a post-COVID player base, the amount of qualified candidates for the House of Representatives has dropped drastically.
- Over the past several months, we have seen players enter the house with fewer votes, minimal campaigning, and lackluster performances. This bill forces more quality control ahead of the next election.
