What grant are you applying for? Sectoral Grant
What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? I sell properties at reasonable prices, which I believe other realtors have not been able to fulfill. My company serves in which it sells to all target audiences, primarily the middle class and above.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? I look to do whole-sailing on different properties in the area, where I will try my best to make prices in realty that are both reasonable and create a profit.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? I have a degree in entrepreneurship and am a realtor, which includes experience investing in real estate properties in New York, for example, Syracuse.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? I will use the sectoral bonus to start my company, and then, if available, I will expand. This will help me to lift my company and to start developing my company idea.
