Hi @kamencho201 could you please address the following discrepancies in the above Company Docket post:

• Incorrect Management Title in Directors Field - The docket lists kamencho201 (Sole Manager) under Directors. Article 2(b) of the Certificate of Formation explicitly states the company is Member-Managed (not Manager-Managed) by the sole member. Under the Legal Entity Act Part V, Section 5(2), because the company has no formal "Manager" position, the sole member holds direct management control. The correct title is kamencho201 (Managing Member).
• Incorrect Officer Designation - The docket lists Kamencho201 - Sole Manager and Incorporator under Officers."Sole Manager" is legally incorrect for a member-managed LLC, and "Incorporator" is a historical formation status rather than an active officer position. Since the LLC has no appointed corporate officers, this field must state N/A or None. Please see Legal Entity Act Part III, Section 2(1)(d).
