What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? As a mixed-use company, our business solves the problem of finding and buying or renting a property. What makes us different from our competitors is our personalized approach to every client. We take the time to understand their needs and preferences and work tirelessly to find the perfect property that meets those requirements. Additionally, we have an extensive network of industry professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors, which enables us to provide a complete and seamless experience for our clients.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? To generate revenue and scale up, there are several strategies that can be implemented. One approach is to increase occupancy rates by expanding the marketing efforts to reach a wider audience. This can be done by advertising on various platforms such as City of Reveille's billboards. Another strategy is to offer additional services, such as a free computer for every house bought with us, which can add to the overall revenue. Long-term vision for the company may include expanding to additional locations or diversifying the business by offering other types of rental properties. It is also important to continuously assess the market and adapt to changing trends and customer needs to remain competitive.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? The Continental has experience and expertise in the real estate industry through its parent company, Coastal Realty and Property Management. It is a crucial factor in determining our ability to provide exceptional service to clients. It is important to consider factors such as number of years in the industry, number of successful transactions, areas of expertise, knowledge of current market trends, and ability to negotiate effectively.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? Since the Continental is the child company of Coastal Realty and Property Management, we only seek to remain in place as a mixed-use building at C355. How will we expand as a business? We will diversify our portfolio through Coastal Realty and Property. The Continental is home to and owned by Coastal Realty and Property Management. One form in which we will use the funds is to market the Continental as a place for people to visit for business transactions and Penthouse rentals, which will then allow net revenue to be cannibalized by Coastal Realty for business expenditure.
