TO

Add an Amendment to the constitution

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Judge Rinder Amendment”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its assent and passing as Referendum
(3) This act is authored by Speaker of the House Intercepticon

2 - Reasoning
Every citizen has the right to a speedy and fair trial presided over by an impartial Judge. Those are on the most fundamental laws which ensures our integrity as separation of powers and as a state ruled by law and order.

3 - Addition

Under Section IV of the Commonwealth of Redmont Constitution, an amendment will be added which will read the following.

VIII. Any citizen, criminal or otherwise will have the right to a speedy and fair trial presided over by an impartial Judge.

This bill has received presidential assent and may be put to a referendum.​
