Fix Job Exclusivity​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Job Exclusivity Reform Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
(1) The Job Exclusivity rule does not cover many of the jobs that now exist and has recently raised issues of clarity.

3 - Terms
(1) Added to Job Exclusivity Breach:
(a) “Selling wood or goods made entirely of wood without holding the job of ‘Lumberjack’”
(b) “Selling common hostile mob drops without holding the job of ‘Mercenary’”
(c) “Selling drinks without holding the job of ‘Brewer’”
(d) “Selling redstone circuits or building redstone circuits for pay without holding the job of ‘Electrician’”
(e) “Selling medical goods without holding the job of ‘Pharmacist’ or ‘Doctor’”
(2) Doctors may still only sell medical goods in government-approved facilities.
(3) Job Exclusivity Breach applies only to chestshops selling to the public.

Rescind Exclusive Sales Regulations

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment

(1) This Act may be cited as the “Exclusive Sales Removal Act."
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
(1) Sales exclusivity isn't enforced
(2) The DEC offer whole licenses to circumnavigate this law.
(3) This regulation only disadvantages new players.
(4) Job roles should give job holders advantages to out-produce their competitor, not to make selling an item entirely exclusive to that job role.

3 - Rescind
(1) Sales exclusivity.
Selling ores without holding the job of 'Miner.'
Selling raw meats or spawn eggs without holding the job of 'Stockman.'
Selling raw crops without holding the job of ‘Farmer.’
Selling cooked foods without holding the job of ‘Chef.’
Selling weapons such as swords and firearms without holding the job of ‘Armourer’
Selling wood or goods made entirely of wood without holding the job of ‘Lumberjack’
Selling common hostile mob drops without holding the job of ‘Mercenary’
Selling drinks without holding the job of ‘Brewer’
Selling redstone circuits or building redstone circuits for pay without holding the job of ‘Electrician’
Selling medical goods without holding the job of ‘Pharmacist’ or ‘Doctor’

First Offence: $100 fine + Removal of Chest Shop.
Second Offence: $200 fine + 5 Minutes Jail + Removal of Chest Shop.
Third Offence: $300 fine + 10 Minutes Jail + Removal of Chest Shop.
