Firm Name
PrimePlot-Holdings
Which grant pool are you applying for?
Construction
How do you plan on using your grant funding?
PrimePlot Development & Holdings is a vertically integrated construction + real estate firm focused on bringing real industry and vocational work back into Redmont.
As of the present day in 2026, the economy is heavily finance sector oriented. Our vision is to re-create the opportunities that built Redmont in the first place, where young, hard working citizens took up mining, masonry, carpentry, design, contracting, and trade that physically shaped the city. We at PrimePlot don't just want to horde capital by sitting on investment plots, we want to provide employment contracts and salaries to the people who make Redmont great, the citizens.
Our plan is to take over a vacant/unproductive industrial plot in auction and turn it into a working factory/warehouse that refines raw materials into contract ready building supplies. From there, we will deliver new commercial and residential projects that are designed to be lived in and used, not “same old” uninspiring build-to-rent developments that inflate living costs without adding value.
Breakdown of funds sought:
1. Warehouse / industrial plot acquisition (ideally from auction): $30,000
2. Refurbishment / Refinery operations setup (workstations + production logistics + storage systems): $10,000
4. Starter materials stockpile (core blocks + finishing materials for first contracts): $15,000
5. Vocational staffing incentives (miners, masons/carpenters/designers; per-job stipends): $20,000
6. Compliance / legal / accounting setup (contracts, recordkeeping, audit trail, building code checks): $7,500
7. Marketing + portfolio launch (signage, listings, demo/showcase): $2,500
8. Pilot builds (materials gap funding) (first commercial + residential builds to prove output and attract clients): $35,000
This money, if granted will revive Redmont’s stagnating, finance-heavy economy by funding real salaries for real vocational jobs, miners, masons, carpenters, designers, accountants, and compliance staff, so that wealth flows through work, production, and construction again, not just transactions, helping Redmont rebuild a balanced economy where hard work and craft once again create economic growth and opportunity.
where there is any information not yet provided by myself which if sought would increase the likelyhood of a grant made, i would eagerly invite the Senior Economist presiding over this application to inquire in as much detail as they see fit.
Ideal Grant Amount $120,000
If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
