To

Provide a List of Illicit Items within the Illicit Trafficking Offenses Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Illicit List Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. CaseyLeFaye.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. TheReal42Person.

2 - Reasons
(1) The Buffs Update Act failed to put the list of illicit substances in the Illicit Trafficking Offenses Act itself. Although it is still valid law, it would be easier for readers if it was in the act itself.
(2) Shine Elixirs are not arguably not illicit due to the name change.
(3) There is no current law deeming Fatmans and Mininukes to be weapons of mass destruction.
(4) Since buff trafficking is now made illegal by the Illicit Trafficking Offenses Act, the Buff Trafficking Act should be repealed.

3 - Repealed Laws
(1) The Buff Trafficking Act is hereby repealed in its entirety.

4 - Amendments
(1) The Illicit Trafficking Offenses Act shall be amended as follows:

“5 - Offences
(1) Donation of Illicit Items (Original: Taro - Jan 12, 2022)
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of donating illicit arms, weapons of mass destruction, or illicit substances to government donation chests.
Per Offense: $100 Fine

6 - Illicit Substances
(1) The following buffs are hereby deemed illicit:
(a) Quix
(b) Tyalus Erthro
(c) Meep
(d) Fuchsin
(e) Hite
(f) Sleepitol
(g) Lerf
(h) Ermiya
(i) Glisp
(j) Azamath
(2) The following elixirs are hereby deemed illicit:
(a) Irish Shine Elixir
(b) Fire Shine Elixir
(c) Potato Shine Elixir
(d) Carrot Shine Elixir
(e) Spirit Shine Elixir
(f) Glow Berry Shine Elixir
(g) Sweet Berry Shine Elixir
(3) The ingredients to these substances are not illicit.

7 - Weapons of Mass Destruction
(1) The following items are hereby deemed to be weapons of mass destruction:
(a) Fatman
(b) Mininuke
(2) The ingredients to these items are not illicit.”
