A special election has been triggered to elect a new Oakridge Head of Commerce.

In order to run for this position, players must meet the following requirements:
- Has been one week since their initial join date;
- Has accrued 24 hours of total playtime;
- Has accrued 12 hours of active playtime within the last 30 days;
- Is an Oakridge Resident.

Players seeking candidacy in this election must reply to this thread with: ‘I, <username>, declare that I will be contesting the position of Head of Urban Development as <an independent / a member of [political party]>’.

Nominations close in 24 hours with voting open for 24 hours.

In order to vote, you must be a resident of the town of Oakridge and have accrued 6 hours of playtime in the past 30 days.
