Amend the Jail Activities Act​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Gulag Mine Act"
(2) This act shall take effect upon signage
(3) This act is authored by Representative 1950minecrafter
(4) This act is cosponsored by: Representative AlexanderLove

2 - Reasons
With the current rates and with the current punishment reductions, it's relatively easy to get away with your punishment, and thus evading justice. That is why we have to make it a bit harder to get away with your punishments by decreasing the amount of time reduced as well as the spawn rate for some ores.

With this, we will manage to make sure that those who break the rules will have it less easy to get away with their punishments.

3 - Amendments to the Jail Activies Act
"3 - Terms
(1) A mini soccer field with a soccer ball shall be added to jail.
(2) Mining for cobblestone will still be allowed, but ores will be added, information about the ores will be down below:

1 piece of cobblestone: Takes away 5 seconds
1 piece of coal: Takes away 20 seconds
1 piece of iron: Takes away 30 seconds
1 piece of gold: Takes away 1 minutes
1 piece of diamond: Takes away 2 minutes

-70% cobblestone
-15% coal
-10% iron
-3% gold
-1% diamond"

Changes to

1 piece of diamond: Takes away 2 minutes

-40% cobblestone
-10% coal
-6% iron
-3% gold
