A
RESOLUTION
To

Improve the effectiveness of the Dept. Education & Commerce

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress, do hereby formally enact this non-binding resolution, as a request to our Government:

1 - Short Title
(1) This Respolution may be cited as the “Government Efficiency Resolution”.
(2) The Resolution has been co-sponsored by: Representative & Acting Treasurer Trentrick_lamar

2 - Reasons
The democratic nature of the DEC, since it's inception, has led to unnecessary and long wait times for businesses seeking grants and billboards.

3 - Approval Authority (AA)
The DEC Secretary will assign economists the ability to approve certain applications outright. For example the economist team might look like this:

Economist 1 - nil
Economist 2 - AA Registrations
Economist 3 - AA Registrations
Economist 4 - AA Grants
Economist 5 - AA Grants
Economist 6 - nil
Economist 7 - AA Billboards
Economist 8 - AA Billboards
Economist 9 - nil

The above example shows that 2 Economists can approve billboards, 2 can approve grants, 2 can approve business registrations, and 3 economists don't have approval authority, but can help review and provide input in to applications or work on other projects like business rankings.

Aye - Just fixes the past issues with the registration process.

Resolution, no assent required.
