What grant are you applying for? Innovations Grant
What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? Our business brings a new view to Realty and how it functions within the server with a Roleplay Focus. We solve a common problem of new players not having a good knowledge of properties before selecting one to rent by showing properties within their desired price range and taking a small fee for our services.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? The plan to currently generate revenue is property investments, rentals, property sales, and property evaluations.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? My current list of executives including myself all have expertise in our own fields including but not limited to, Financial Advisory, Property Investment, Hiring, Sales, and Customer Service. I personally have experience running multiple Construction and Property development / Realty companies. My COO jim8000 has experience in the realty industry with his previous work at Zillow. Finally, my CFO crytiee has incredible expertise when it comes to financial advisory and financial management.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? These grant funds will be put toward developing a universal Property Evaluation Calculator and our new property near Spawn. We hope with the introduction of the Property Evaluation Calculator will have a significant impact on our market as we'd be covering an otherwise underutilized field within the Industry.
