CONGRESS OF THE
COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
A BILL TO
Update the list of Illegal Substances
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
PART I — PRELIMINARIES
1. Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Fluff Regulation Act'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Angryhamdog.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by bananabread.
(5) This Act amends the following acts:
(a) Criminal Terminology Act
(6) This Act repeals the following acts:
(a) Substance Autonomy Act
2. Reasons and Intent
(1) Most 'illicit substances' do not currently exist. The only one we currently (maybe) have is fluff.
(2) The Substance Autonomy Act is outdated and the lack of buffs creates a lack of a reason to have town rights in relations to substance licenses.
PART II — Amendments
3. Criminal Terminology Act Amendments
(1) The Criminal Terminology Act shall be amended as follows:
4 - Illicit Substances
(b) The Following Substances are deemed illicit.
(i) Fluff
(i) Quix
(ii) Tyalus Erthro
(iii) Meep
(iv) Fuchsin
(v) Hite
(vi) Sleepitol
(vii) Lerf
(iix) Ermiya
(ix) Glisp
(x) Azamath
4. Transitional Terms
(1) Citizens shall be given a time period of 14 days from the signing of this bill to hand in any new illicit substances to the Department of Homeland Security, and will not be charged for the Possession of such substances until that time.
