Reason: I am currently renting out the Or-shop-03 close to town center which for a month now is providing the cheapest seeds and crops in entire Redmont area (based on /find). The shop is kept restocked regularly since I'm renting out a plot in Willowfield. I would like to move out of the current location and establish permanent place in the town for my shop which would help me to not worry about potential lease ending because I forgot to extend it or I would reach limit of extensions. Additionally this would allow me to free up fairly big and cheap location for other players to establish business in our town. I have already nearly 30k saved up for the property purchase and this extra money would allow me to be more competitive on the property market.
