TO
Amend the Wages Act
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Expand The Wages Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately after it has been signed into law.
(3) Authored by Rep. wetc
(4) Co-Sponsored by Rep. Kitje_Katje_NL
2 - Reasons
(1) Government wage expansion has been unmoving recently. Sustainable wage expansion is a crucial factor in a good economy.
(2) The Government balance has risen by $1,500,000 in the last month, giving a great opportunity to explore wage expansion.
3 - Amendments
(1) Subsection a will change to subsection b:
a - Wage Levels
The following wage levels will apply until the Executive otherwise provides.
Level 0: Commission
Level 1: $40/15min
Leaders of Government Branches; Significant Responsibility, management, and governance.
Level 2: $30/15min
Members of peak bodies within the Government branches; A great amount of responsibility, management, and governance. Additionally, a lot of work off the server.
Level 3: $25/15min
Middle management of departments. A large amount of responsibility, management, and governance. Little work required off the server.
Level 4: $20/15min
Base rate of Government employees. A small amount of responsibility, no management, and no governance. Little-to-no work required off the server.
Level 5: $15/15min
A lesser rate where commissions are also present.
b - Wage Levels

Leaders of Government Branches; Significant Responsibility, management, and governance.
Level 2: $45/15min
Members of peak bodies within the Government branches; A great amount of responsibility, management, and governance. Additionally, a lot of work off the server.
Level 3: $40/15min
Middle management of departments. A large amount of responsibility, management, and governance. Little work is required off the server.
Level 4: $35/15min
Base rate of Government employees. A small amount of responsibility, no management, and no governance. Little-to-no work is required off the server.
Level 5: $30/15min
A lesser rate where commissions are also present.
