By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I, Pepecuu, the 23rd President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

(1) Any information collected by the Executive government that is easily traceable to an individual is to be considered private information under the Privacy Act. This includes government tickets and ticket transcripts, unless redacted so as to anonymize non-government parties and individuals.

(2) Release of citizens’ private information outside of the government without express consent is strictly disallowed, at penalty of discipline by department or Executive leadership.
(a) This clause is notwithstanding a court order, Congressional subpoena, or other lawful requirement. In the process of complying with such a lawful requirement, reasonable measures must be taken to limit the extent to which private information is made public, up to and including closed court and closed hearing proceedings.

(3) Individual departments and offices under the Executive branch may establish privacy policies outside this Executive Order, so long as they do not contradict it. Any such policy must be clearly established in writing on the DC forums, and must be clearly conveyed to those entering communication with the government. Agreement to written terms and conditions qualifies as express consent under §(2).
