By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I, Pepecuu, the 23rd President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
(1) In order to aid new and existing players in finding suitable accommodation around Redmont, the Department of Education (DOE) shall establish and manage an Apartment Registry for a comprehensive list of available rental apartments and their respective details.
(2) Apartment lessors shall be able to voluntarily register their apartment with the DOE by providing details about their rental apartments, including, but not limited to, the location, price, duration of rental, and rental terms.
(3) The DOE shall have jurisdiction over the processes regarding the management of the Apartment Registry, including but not limited to its registration process, application outcomes, enforcement and verification of apartment details, and refusal of Apartment Registry services to a lessor or lessee at the DOE’s discretion.
