By the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, juniperfig, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

The Commonwealth of Redmont will hold a Purge to facilitate the cleansing of the souls of all our citizens.

§ 1. PURGE CRIMES

1. All crimes listed below, if committed during the Purge period, shall be pardoned. The Department of Homeland Security shall not assign wanted points for these offences if committed within that period. The Department of Justice shall not pursue prosecution for these offences if committed within that period.

ii. Assault
iii. Attempted Murder
iv. Murder
v. Mass Murder
vi. Deprivation of Liberty
vii. Disturbing the Peace
viii. Dispersal Order Breach
ix. Falsely Claiming Self Defense
x. Threats
xi. Public Nuisance
xii. Careless Driving
xiii. Resisting Arrest
xiv. Illicit Weapon Offences
xv. Illicit Substance Possession
xvi. Illicit Substance Trafficking
xvii. Donation of Illicit Items
xviii. Buffing
xix. Weapon of Mass Destruction Possession
xx. Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking
xxi. Trespass
xxii. ATM Robbery
xxiii. Bank Robbery
xxiv. NPC Robbery
xxv. Incitement
xxvi. Obstruction of an Emergency Service
xxvii. Vehicle Abandonment
xxviii. Operating Without a License

§ 2. CRIMES IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PURGE

1. During the Purge period, the following offences shall be pardoned only if committed in direct furtherance of a § 1 Purge Crime. The Department of Justice shall not pursue prosecution for these offences if committed within that period.

i. Accomplice to a Crime
ii. Conspiracy to Commit a Crime
iii. Accessory to a Crime

§ 3. ENACTMENT
The Purge will commence at 12:30PM PDT on the 13th of September 2025 and will end 24 hours after its commencement, at 12:30PM PDT on the 14th of September 2025.
