Amendment to Executive Order 17/25 - The Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont
By the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, 1950minecrafter, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
Executive Order 17/25 - The Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont is hereby amended under the following terms:
After the Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont Act has passed, and in order to avoid any conflict between the EO 17/25 and the AFCR Act, the EO 17/25 is hereby amended as follows:

Executive Order 17/25 - The Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont is hereby amended under the following terms:
After the Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont Act has passed, and in order to avoid any conflict between the EO 17/25 and the AFCR Act, the EO 17/25 is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont
- The AFCR is hereby created as a defensive and humanitarian military.
- The AFCR shall be the only government-sanctioned military force, national or local, allowed to operate within the territory of the Commonwealth of Redmont.
- The AFCR has as its goal to defend the Commonwealth of Redmont from foreign and internal attacks and to provide aid in response to humanitarian and natural catastrophes such as earthquakes or tornados.
Section 2. AFCR Structure and Command
(1) The following rank structure is established:
(a) Officers

(2) The following command structure is established:
A Company (A COY) | 1 Platoon (1 PL) | 1 Section (1 SEC) / 2 Section (2 SEC) / 3 Section (3 SEC)
(3) Ranks are limited by position availability:
(a) 1x Major per company
(b) 1x Captain per company
(c) 1x Warrant Officer per company
(d) 1x Lieutenant per Platoon
(e) 1x Sergeant per Platoon
(f) 1x Corporal per Section
(g) 8x Privates per Section
Section 3. Military Law
Transitional Provision
- Congress should elaborate military law to define the limits the AFCR have, in what situations they can be activated, and any further detail.
- Any law developing Military Law and that might create a situation of conflict with this EO shall take precedent over this EO.
- There will be a 1 month transitional period for Congress to elaborate military law and for the first Army General to be appointed from the publishing of this Executive Order.
- Current Sergeants and Captains within the DHS shall be renamed from now on as Police Sergeants and Police Captains respectively.
- Executive Order 17/25 is hereby repealed and this EO takes precedent over EO 17/25.
