Whereas, several existing Executive Orders (EOs) have been superseded by law, are redundant to existing laws, refer to disbanded organizations, or otherwise are out-of-date;
Whereas, cleanup of such orders would promote the good governance of Redmont;
Whereas, Section 29(1)(b) of the Constitution tasks Secretaries with "[c]reating and amending departmental policy in accordance with the President’s direction".
Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Multiman155, Acting President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
(1) Executive Order 19/25 is repealed;
(2) Executive Order 17/25 is repealed;
(3) The executive shall adhere to the Armed Forces in the Commonwealth of Redmont Act, and any successor laws passed after the implementation of this Order, in operating the Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont.
(4) Executive Order 12/2 is repealed;
