Are you a resident of Willow?:
Yes

Are you active on the forums and Discord?:
Yes

What are your strengths and weaknesses?:
Strengths:

• I have a high quality portfolio of around 20-25 builds around the city, all in a range of C plots, S plots, R plots and Interior Decor. Some images I have are below, there’s more posted on my profile!
• I’ve managed my own company on the server and proven my abilities to manage a team of people in project management.
• I’ve also proven my building skills and capabilities within the Department of Construction & Transportation for the Server - this will be a good reference if you require one at all.

Weaknesses:

• I work full time in real life - this may be considered a weakness as there will be times I’m unavailable. But I always try my best to stay active on Discord, Forums and the Server.
• Being part of the DCT may also take up some of my time compared to other potential candidates, but I don’t think it would affect my position as Head of Development too much.

Why do you want this position?:
I enjoy coming up with new projects for the server and being apart of the general development. I already do this for the City and I take pride in what I’m doing there, now that I’m a resident of Willow I would love to be more involved over here.

Why are you the best applicant for this role?:
I have a degree in Interior Design & Architecture (lol) and I also work in Design Management in real life. So the skills required for the Head of Development position are already ones that I need for my day to day life. As mentioned before, my experience in DCT echoes my capabilities massively and some of my builds are in the spoilers below, hopefully you like them.

What is your experience in government or leadership roles?:
Construction Management is my highest government position so far.

Do you have any prior experience as a builder? If so, what positions?:
Yes. I have been playing Minecraft for over 10 years and have always enjoyed using builds as a way to express my ideas and creativity. My skills only really got put to a real use once I joined DemocracyCraft in June, where I started my own successful contracting company, and I worked my up to a Construction Manager for the Department of Construction and Transport.

Do you have any major building projects that you have completed? If so, put them in spoilers below, if not, put N/A.
Yes. I have shared some images attached. Sorry I don’t know how to make a spoiler.

What building that you have made are you most proud of?
Plot ID: C545 is my most favourite that I’ve put in the city.

Additional Information:
N/A
