Allow Mobs to become Endangered​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Endangered Species Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative TheReal42Person.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. Snowy_Heart.

2 - Reasons
(1) Animals currently are underused when it comes to roleplay.
(2) Animal Murder and Animal Abandonment are the only main animal crimes nowadays.
(3) This act promotes the beginnings of a National Park or a Nature Reserve of some kind.
(4) This act gives another job to the DOI, which is currently one of the smallest departments.

3 - Endangered Species
(1) The Secretary of the Interior may at any time classify a mob to be endangered.
(a) They also have the power to remove a mob from the endangered species list.
(2) All endangered species must be listed on the forums, maintained by the Interior Department (DOI).
(3) At least one (1) of every endangered species must be kept at the Zoo at all times.

4 - Amendments to the “Animal & Pets Offences Act”
“(7) Endangered Species Murder
(i) Classification: Summary Criminal Offense
The act of killing an endangered species.
Per Offense: $500 Fine + 5 Minutes Jail Time”
