To
Create as many new farmland plots as humanly possible.​

The residents of Willow, through their elected representatives in the Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the people through the Willow Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Empty Plot Conversion Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Commissioner Raz0Baz0.

2 - Reasons
(1) Farmland is too expensive, we must curb prices and meet demand.
(2) The people of Willow want more land to farm with.

3 - Changes to farmland plots

(b) The following empty coordinates shall have Wl-f plots be made in them:

(1) 1598 76 2434

(2) 1265 63 2688

(3) 1141 66 1879
