To
Make it easier and better to hire employees
1- Short Title and Enactment
(1) This act may be cited as the employee act
(2) this act should be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This act has been authored by Representative FTGWop
(4) This bill has been Co sponsored by Rep: Justa_Dumpling
2- Reasons
(1) Today it is to expensive the hire employees which makes less jobs
(2) remove some laws on the companies so that it becomes easier for them to hire employees
(3) The laws today are not equal between the companies and the employees the laws are in the benefit of the employees and not the companies
3- Terms
(1) We need to make it cheaper for companies to hire employees per employee they hire they should have to pay less taxes since they already will have to pay a wage to their employees. This wont affect the economy since their employees still will pay balance taxes. We should lower the taxes for companies overall. Make it legal for companies to fire their employees without a reason for it a company should not need to have a good reason to fire an employee. This law is necessary to make it more equal between the companies and the employees.
