What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? The problem that our business solves is simple. We are a company that deeply cares about our customers, and we serve them as fast and with as much understanding and care as possible. We help people in all kinds of sectors, from retail to finance and guns. First, let me tell you the story of Avalon and how we became what we are today.
Our company began as a small financial firm, Enterprise International. I began my company using capital raised by investors, and our company was a moderate success for a little while. A bit later, I had decided it was time for a change. I ended up purchasing the company back from investors, and I had rebranded Enterprise to a new, and improved company. It was then that Avalon was born, and we began to THRIVE. Avalon is a company with rich history, and loyal customers, some of which have stayed with us since the beginning. Our business is really DIFFERENT from others because we actually CARE about our customers, as well as our employees, and that Avalon was made great amidst our low points, where it felt like we couldn't go on.. Yet, we prevailed, and built this powerful company.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? Our current plan is to EXPAND, we wish to own a bunch of different locations, and establish a chain of Avalon stores across the Commonwealth, we have already purchased several interesting plots and rentals in multiple towns, and we hope to develop and improve our current real estate holdings. My real wish is to help the people of Redmont, I've always loved the idea of a company that serves its customers instead of just its investors. I broke free from that mindset after I bought my company I worked so hard to create back, I currently own 100% of Avalon.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? We have a very experienced team of executives, (almost all of which have prior entrepreneurial experience) who perform incredibly well and work very hard to help Avalon thrive. As for me, I have a plentiful amount of experience, I have lead several successful companies (Megacorp, Axell Construction, etc.), and had tons of jobs in different sectors. My first executive job was Chief Financial Officer, and my career really went from there. I started multiple businesses, and became an expert entrepreneur through success and failures. I learned from my mistakes.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? We will use the grant funds towards the following things,
** Purchasing supplies for our new stores and locations, some examples of the supplies we could use our grant to purchase include:
Minerals - iron ingots, diamonds, netherite ingots, gold ingots, redstone, etc.
Farm Products - wheat, sugarcane, potato, etc.
Tools - buckets, pickaxes, swords, axes, etc.
Building Materials - concrete, concrete powder, sand, gravel, dirt, terracotta etc.
Wood products -logs (any type), planks (any type), sticks, chests, leaves
Books - leather, ink, paper, feathers, ooks, etc.
** Purchasing plots and renting rentals for our company to use for the following purposes:
Armory, gas station, department store (retail), casino, apartment complexes, restaurants, as well as malls and possibly some other types.
** Advertisement for our company
Avalon needs money to pay its advertisers, so we'd delegate a certain piece of our funds toward paying our advertisers fair wages, its especially expensive due to the recent inflation problems in the Commonwealth caused by the CRB's recent actions and increases on the voting rewards. This has caused many of our hard workers in the work force to be reluctant to do their job, thinking, "Why should I work when I can just get thousands by voting everyday?". If we are given this grant, it would boost our funds and allow us to raise our advertiser pay, which would significantly counteract the current inflation crisis and demands in higher wages.
